Beautiful eyeshadow
This is my first Chantecaille eyeshadow and it is just beautiful. The color, the formula. Great one and done eyeshadow. My only complaint is not about the Chantecaille product, it is regarding Cult Beautu new ways of packaging things. I know the emphasize is on using recycled materials and ecological awareness, using less nylon or in Cult Beauty, not using nylon at all, but it is just impossible to send things like powder eyeshadows, powder blushes, powder bronzers, powders in general, wrapped only in paper. I don't know how many times in the last few months since they do that I received completely broken products, dust instead of compacts. There has to be some way to protect powder product bit better. I know there is some material that some company uses that can be solved in the water, it look like some light styrofoam, it protects like those nylon bubble wraps, but it is water soluble and secure for the environment. Cult Beauty just can't keep sending powder products wrapped in paper to us leaving in EU countries or to some even further destinations. We, as a customers end up being dissapointed, even if we receive a refund, we were hoping to our product and often time the product is part of some nice promotion, too, but I think Cult Beauty suffers a lot of loss that way, too. There are ways to be eco conceous and to do business good, too. This way I am caughting myself as I looking more and more to some other stores as well. And I am long time Cult Beauty customer. This was a bit of the topic, but I could write this literally below almost every other powder product in the last few months. Hoping that maybe I am not the only one and that maybe someone will pay a bit attention.

Great eyeshadow
