Good for brightening rather than setting
Jury is still out on this one for me. I found that it's not the best powder I have for setting the under eye, but it does brighten. Have I been trying it with various concealers including the new Charlotte Tilbury one. I find it works best as a light dusting once my concealer is already set. I find Huda's powders more smoothing on my mature under eye. I will continue to try in different ways as I do enjoy the brightening effect.
