Love the product, hate the packaging
This is my second one of these and I’ll continue to repurchase because I do love it, however I do think there are improvements to be made with the packaging. The formula of the product itself is lightweight, moisturising and looks like a light gloss when it’s on. It’s one of a handful of products I feel like has actually worked with my before dry lips. The packaging has massive room for improvement. The roller ball takes a bit to get used to, and when you get to the end you’re losing quite a bit unless you cut it open.
