Swirl a brush around the outer shade and tap off any excess. Run the brush flat, up the cheekbone starting from the apple of the cheek, to add structure to the face.
Take the pointed tip of the brush, 'pop' it in the core colour and tap off the excess. Apply to the apples of the cheeks to make them glow. Blend seamlessly together.

Must read - blusher cheek to chic
the blusher look is amazing when applied however the downfall is the centre of the blusher always falls out after some use. It is frustrating as the blusher is pricey and you don't get your moneys worth since the centre of the blush falls out and I have to purchase again. Wish I could upload photos to show this. Charlotte Tilbury need to change the design so this does not happen.
