Hold the brush wand horizontally. Press the inner-curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards. Use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define. Seems Good
I agree with a previous reviewer, the consistency is quite wet and if not careful it can end up all over the eyelid. I'd say because it's quite wet my eyelashes fall down a bit from their curl. It also applies a little clumpy so have to be quite careful. That said, once it drys down its a lovely jet black and lasts all day, with no fallout or panda eyes. I'll keep practicing.

The consistency of this is quite wet, so some care is needed when applying; which is why I dropped a star. However, once it’s on it doesn’t budge all day, even with perimenopausal flushes! It definitely lengthens and defines and is jet black. The packaging is beautiful too. Overall very pleased.
