I didn't appreciate these enough...
After searching for a lower lash/waterline eyeliner for ages, I ended up buying a good 12+ in various shades and types. Although I personally prefer a precise felt tip liner for above rather than a pencil, these have been magic used on the lower lash line with a complimentary eyeshadow.
