Fantastic product, leaves my skin feeling fresh
Brilliant set of products. Leaves my skin feeling fresh and completely free of any makeup residue. I’ve seen an improvement in the general condition of my skin since using both of these cleansers.

The Cleanest Clean
I can honestly say this is the best cleanser I have tried for getting every last trace of make up off. This does not break me out which is rare for me. The charcoal mask sometimes leaves my face a little red but does not hurt and quickly calms down. I do have very sensitive skin but like I said it doesn’t bother me.

Good but nothing special
I got a tester and I do really like these. The first step turns into an oil quickly without excessive rubbing which I like. It did remove waterproof mascara and heavy makeup effortlessly. It also emulsified quickly. The second step removed the residue well and wasn't overly stripping on my dryish skin. However they are quite expensive for what they are. I would recommend if you love Charlotte Tilbury but you can definitely find the same products for cheaper

Cleanest clean of all cleaners
We all know that cleansing comes in twos! Just when a skin junkie thinks they have found the ultimate cleanser this comes out! Pros: 1. This is sold as a power couple and power it is. 2. Literally everything is removed except your natural youthful moisture from your skin. Cons: 1. the Charcoal Cleanse can smell a little chemically and feel prickly but no damage done at all. Overall for the price the result and the brand this is deffo a new go-to fav product

Simply the best
This lovely smell of melting oil and the touch of the pad on your face, fresh and clean skin that endlessly thank you out loud every day, and you who feel exactly like a goddess. Can anything be better than this? Just love it and hope that won`t ever change my mind.

Remover that works
I am 65 years of age and have used every brand you can imagine. This make up remover is quite simply excellent. Not a spot of make up on the towel and mascara free face in the morning. And your skin feels so soft .

I really like these cleansers. The oil is nice and gentle, while the charcoal wash gives a deep clean. My skin tingles a little when using the charcoal which makes me feel like I'm getting a deep clean.

Good Double Cleanse
I absolutely love the balm cleanser. I normally use the Emma Hardie balm cleanser, but I think this one is actually much better. I feel like the EH collects in my eyes, I get a bit of blurry vision and wake up with gunk in my tear duct, but the CT's removes makeup just as well without the side effects. And it smells divine.I also enjoy the Charcoal cleanser, it does clean my pores nicely, but it tingles on certain areas of my face (drier areas) and it can leave my face a bit warm and red, which I don't like. I do have sensitive skin, so it doesn't really surprise me. The kit does comes with a muslin cloth. It's not bad, but I find it a bit rough, I prefer the Emma Hardie muslin cloths, they're much softer and don't get stained as quickly as the CT's does. Overall I'd recommend this, but I do wish she would sell them separately, as I could use the balm everyday, but my skin is far too sensitive for me to use the charcoal cleanser everyday, so I'm always going to end up with excess product.

Great double cleanse
Love it! Oil melts away make up and charcoal gives you this clean feel but without tight skin feeling. Smells lovely and you need only tiny amount at the time. And it comes with a muslin cloth! Bonus
