Gilded glow One of the best
I purchased this as I read it would suit mature skin and it is correct. It is not as pigmented as it looks which is a great thing as this is always a worry when you buy a highlighter. It provides brightness and glow wherever you need it on your face and does not crease or settle on fine lines.

lovely glow
I really like this. I don't mind that the pan rotates! However, I would've preferred a smaller compact, it's quite big so never take it out with me. The product is smooth with beautiful luminosity (no glitter thank goodness). Use on inner eye. Unfortunately it does crease after a while (they all do on me), but will keep trying with different bases/primers.

Glow get 'em!
Okay so firstly I will say that this didn't have as much glow as expected from watch YouTube reviews so if you are expecting that you may be slightly disappointed. However, the gorgeous soft glow this does give is delightful. I got the Moonlight Glow and very pale skin and this colour works perfectly for me. I even use a light swish of it as 'eyeshadow' and it's gorgeous. I do concur that the packaging is groan inducingly awful. I'm convinced I'm going to break a nail every time I open it and then pan spins in the compact. I eventually popped it out, stuck some double sided tape on the back and stuck it back in so it annoyed me less. Product is amazing, packaging is rage inducing.

Horrible packaging
Let me start by saying I love the actual Highlighter - it's actually my second shade (I have moonlight glow and pillow talk glow)... But I absolute HATE the packaging. It's not secure and the pan rotates like crazy. CT is getting more and mire silly with there packaging.
