Nice product, terrible packaging

Liked the product a lot, but the packaging is dreadful. It’s one of those bullets that you can’t twist back down and then when you use it it makes it really messy. Major downside.

So moisturizing!

I am super happy with this! It’s indeed thick, like other reviewers have said, but in a good way. My very dry lips love it, and immediately feel soft and comfortable. I want to get many more of these!

Sticky

It is very sticky and it’s not so moisturising.

Not what it says it is and watch out for the colour

I was expecting this to be moisturising, sheer and balm-like. It's a lipstick, quite thick and shiny. Also, the colour (Happipetal) is way brighter and darker than I was thinking from the picture. Feels sticky on the lips and not moisturising. Avoid.

Disappointing

This is sold as a balm, so I expected it to be balmy and moisturising, sheer & comfortable on the lips. However it goes on quite thick, isn’t really smooth, and really doesn’t make lips feel moisturised at all. It became uncomfortable on my dry lips very quickly. It’s much more like a satin lipstick than a balm.
