So the product does actually work in terms of preparing your skin for make up etc but the consistency for me is a little bit weird. I was expecting more of a thicker texture to fill my pores but this is more like a moisturer. It does the job but i wont buy it again.

Not worth it at all
This is a VERY expensive sunscreen. There's no need for it to be this price. I love CT products and am usually fine with the price because they are so unique and luxurious, but this was just not worth it at all. The packaging alone could have knocked it down to one star, because the fluid leaks out on both sides. It's just so poorly designed. The formula itself is lackluster. It's a Japanese style formula (even says made in Japan for CT on the bottle), which is great but they are far cheaper than this. This only costs this much because of the brand, not because of a great formula or good experience. So if that kind of sunscreen is what you want just order some J beauty or K beauty and get the real deal for a fraction of the cost! Moreover it's not hydrating. It is very slippery and shiny, doesn't give you any sort of moisture, and really just makes you look greasy. On the plus side there's no white cast and it didn't break me out.

I use this primer to blur and even out my complexion with nothing other applied on top than a BB cream, it went on very smoothly and held up well on a humid day. This is a good make up base. I use it regularly and it realy makes my skin poreless and better looking

Not bad, not good
I use primer to blur and even out my complexion with nothing applied on top other than a dab of concealer where needed. This CT primer claims to leave a “flawless, poreless looking canvas” and I always fall for the hyperbolic product names of ‘magic this’ and ‘flawless that’ and, as is often the case, it didn’t live up to the name. This simply looked like I had the same skin but very shiny/oily. I saw no reduction in the appearance of pores and I certainly wasn’t flawless, so, for me, this wasn’t any good for a ‘me but better’ look. That being said applying a BB cream over the top, it went on very smoothly and held up well on a humid day. If you have great skin already then this is a good make up base but for no make up days this isn’t a great choice.

CT’s SPF primer
I use this product on top of CT Magic Cream and under Beautiful Skin Foundation. The result is great, the foundation glides smoothly and looks really “your skin but better”. I also appreciate the high SPF factor, which for me is essential and allows using less different products. I wouldn’t recommend wearing it just on its own though - in my opinion it’s too shiny on the skin.

Finally found my perfect spf that doubles as a great primer. I have combination skin that is very breakout prone and this doesn’t break me out. It’s not too glowy but makes me look so healthy like I’ve had 8 hrs sleep. Doesn’t have strong spf smell. Just wish it wasn’t as expensive but I’ll definitely repurchase.
