Awful packaging
This product is just a complete waste of money, since 90% of it is unusable due to its horrible packaging. The concealer itself is ok (Medium coverage, rather dry, can turn cakey, not brightening. It's ok for all over the face, but not under the eyes), but the packaging is just impossible to use.

This is a pretty good concealer but there are better ones out there that are way cheaper.

Disappointing
I wanted to try this for ages but am really disappointed. The formula is great but the packaging is so bad it’s almost impossible to use. The applicator soaks uploads of product and is difficult to clean and the lid is really difficult to get off. Really wasteful and frustrating. Such a shame as the product itself is good, but I would not buy it again.

Good but not worth the price.
I have never finished a concealer so quickly. The sponge absorbs a lot of the products I think. And I've used this up in less than 4 months!! Crazy! And I don't do my makeup every day, actually most days I don't use makeup as I work from home. It's nice but its too little product! I was disappointed. If you have no money problem you could try it, it's good not amazing.

Amazing
To be honest it was a very good product. It was very hydrating but at the same time covered everything miraculously. The package itself looks glorious but I would recommend using a brush not the wand directly on the skin. There is not a lot of product but the product is good!!!

Not so good
The contents are not bad . The design of the product is so bad , impossible to open . Would never purchase for that reason again unless the design was made simpler .

Perfect colour and consistency
This concealer is the perfect colour for me. I chose it online using the photographs of women's complexions and was relieved that it is such a perfect match. The sponge applicator works well. Getting the cap off is tricky. I've been using it daily for over a month now and am very happy. It looks natural and stays on all day. Definitely, the best I've ever had. Blends in perfectly with the Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow and blush that I use.

Believe the bad reviews. Do not waste your money
I read the reviews but thought it would be OK and purchased anyway, the product is impossible to use. You have to twist about 50 times to get the first but of product, and then the window is already showing as a lot of product being used up, and then when you do try to open it it is impossible. It is like the lid is stuck on and of course made in a shiny material so there is no chance of grip to open it, and to be honest the sponge applicator is quite strange, I feel like it is dirty already. I will end up not using this and discarding it, which is a shame as the actual product is good, it is just impossible and very frustrating to use!

Good product with bad packaging
I love the product itself, but the issue is actually getting it out. You click-click-click and bam- half of it is out on the applicator. The lid makes a vacuum with the liquid on the sponge and you can’t open. If the package changes I will be buying this again as it is so soft, good for dry skin and works well over fine wrinkles.

Not great
You have to twist it up half way on the first use meaning it doesn't last very long. It's also very thick and heavy on the skin.
