Not for me
I love the brand so I was expecting more from this product. Beginning from the packaging, it’s not handy and gets really hard to open if your hands aren’t super dry. The coverage is not bad but it’s too dry for my skin. It’s not even easy to blend if you aren’t hydrated to perfection. I won’t purchase again. The Retoucher concealer works much better than this.

Glides under the eye
I bought this after watching a few YouTubers making it look like magic. However, on my first try, I had to twist and twist the "pencil" for a very long time until any tiny bit of product came out. The second time I found it easier but the sponge doesn't make the product to stuck in place, it just glides under my eyes and makes a mess. The product itself is OK and makes the under eye area brighter, BUT I have to use a foundation brush or a beauty blender to set it.

Love the actual concealer, not the applicator
Yeah, I had heard that many people have a problem with the sponge applicator and I could not agree more. You have to roll the product to be released and wait for ages until the product comes up. Then if you roll too much, the product dries down on the sponge and you waste the product. The amount of concealer you get is small in the first place. I wish Tilbury would re-do the packaging because the actual concealer is great. However, I don't know, if I will repurchase it because the packaging is so bad. Concealer 5 stars, applicator 1 star.

Amazing concealer, bad packaging.
It is such an amazing concealer but the packaging is horrible. I don't mind the sponge tip applicator but after using it for about 3 months, it is extremely hard to pull open the cap and the concealer gets everywhere when you pull the cap.

Good concealer
I bought shade 4. Good coverage for around the nose and mouth. I don’t find it’s enough coverage for my under eye dark shadows. The clicking twister and sponge applicator ensures that not too much product comes out. Undecided if I’ll buy again.

Not Special
I just do not love this concealer, its very average and doesn't do anything special. The applicator is really annoying and the lid is hard to remove. I never reach for it.

Not the best
First of all, the packaging is terrible. It's hard to open when your hands are slightly wet or oily and then the sponge applicator is so dirty... The product itself is ok, not bad but definitely not the best. It's too dry and cakey for my undereye area and it's a bit tricky to blend, you have to moisturize first and even then work real fast. Will not repurchase.
