Love it
Prefect colour match. I'm a nc37 and I bought number 7 in this. Can wear without foundation and looks like I've got nothing on. Not super heavy coverage so perfect for everyday. Will definitely be buying again.

Disappointing
I so wanted to love this concealer because of all the hype, but it makes my under eye area look so much worse. I'm 39 and don't yet have noticeable lines under my eyes, but as soon as I apply this concealer lots of lines appear and I magically age about 20 years. I've tried to make it work with eye creams, moisturisers, primers and powders, but it always looks as bad. The good thing about it is that it does cover dark circles. I usually love Charlotte Tilbury products, but I think this one will be going in the bin because it's just too scary when I put it on.

Good but not worth the money
I really enjoyed using this one. It's light reflecting but still provides enough coverage, great for dry under-eye skin. My problem with it: there are not enough shades with yellow undertones especially for fair skin tones. Also there is not very much product in it, you could get more for your money.

Great
Ok so the sponge applicator is not great but everything else about this concealer is. It plumps up my eye area (I am 30 and have slightly hollow eyes with the start of the dreaded crow's feet) and this masks them really well! I’m a fairly mid-tone neutral and went for shade 5. Will try no 3 for the more dramatic look when it’s back in stock.

Nothing Special
I don't find this product exceptional, doesn't cover anything and the sponge applicator is not comfortable at all. Shame, most of CT products are good, but not this one... Would not buy it again.

I like CT products but this one I kinda regret buying it. It’s not awful but it’s not great either. The thing I disliked the most was the sponge applicator, it is not that comfortable.

Disappointed
***English translation*** According to the swatches, shade 1 seemed almost white, shades 2 and 3 are equally light, but 2 too pink. I bought 3 tint - it is too yellow and dark. But this is not as critical as the fact that the concealer coverage is not so pigmented and clogs up. Worse than my old cheap concealer of another brand.

Hard to match online
The shades also run very light, number 1 in this is way way lighter than shade 1 in the foundation and a different undertone, leaving my under-eyes looking overly white and ashy. This disappointed me a lot as the original Retoucher concealers match up so perfectly. This is not the full coverage concealer as it was originally advertised as and neither is it a general use concealer as it is highlight-y. I think this may work very well for certain types of dark circles IF you can find a matching shade but with the variation from the foundation range ordering online is going to be hit and miss.

What is this magical thing?!
Seriously? Is this witchcraft? Hands down the BEST concealer I have ever used. I have very dark under eye shadows (I'd like to blame genetics, but I think late nights & red wine are the culprits) and I have tried every concealer out there. This stuff works. Properly works. Yes, the applicator is dreadful (use your fingers) & you need eye cream first if your eye area is dry, but seriously, buy this. Buy it now.
