Great concealer terrible packaging
How I wish CT would scrap this terrible packaging. The lid is a nightmare to take off; the sponge is unhygienic (hello concealer is used for covering spots?); and it feels like there is barely any product. The concealer itself is really good but each time I have to ask my husband to help remove the lid I vow never to purchase it again! Switching back to Nars I think.

Fiddly but worth it
Brilliant formulation, terrible packaging. As someone who has just started using tretinoin, it is near impossible to find a base product that sticks and doesn't exaggerate the look of my dry, irritated skin. This concealer sticks, really sticks, doesn't move. The formula is brilliant - pigmented but natural finish means that the tiniest amount can be sheered out and still covers blemishes, pigmentation, dark circles. The colour match is also very forgiving despite being pigmented somehow; I don't use a foundation with this. Now the bad - the packaging is terrible, full stop. I rip the sponge off and just twist onto the back of my hand and blend in using a damp Beautyblender. For my super sensitive and difficult skin, it is completely worth it. Gives me the most beautiful and natural finish, I've been using it for 2 years. Just do away with the applicator.

Disappointed
I have recently started using CT, from skincare to make up and up until now I have been super impressed ❤️ however I am extremely disappointed with this concealer, 1stly what a waste of packaging, by the time you eventually get the product out it is near enough empty, no more than an inch away from the top! 2ndly it is a very dry product, not what you want around your eyes! Does it cover well? Well I suppose it does but tbh I stopped using it because it was so drying!

Very hard to actually get the lid off this to start with. The sponge doesn’t last it’s very poorly designed. My sponge ripped and I ended up scratching my face to apply.

This is really poor to use. Not user friendly at all. The lid is a nightmare to open but the worse thing is the little sponge on top doesn’t last past a few uses. I now end up scratching myself with the metal tip when I want to use this.

Good overall but a few major flaws
The concealer overall is nice. It’s got a luminous matte finish. Downside is I find it almost a dry consistency vs other concealers. Not outrightly a bad thing but worth mentioning However the packaging is a nightmare. The lid is difficult to get off, it’s impossible to keep this clean too. Plus the sponge head applicator is annoying to use as whatever you don’t use then kinda dries up for next time. If this concealer were in a different sort of packaging it would be lovely
