Step into the world of professional make up artistry with Charlotte Tilbury. Famed for gracing the faces of A-Listers including Bella Hadid and Kate Moss, Charlotte developed her eponymous brand by fusing Hollywood finishes with easy-to-use formulas. Part of the brand's award-winning Magic Cream collection, the super hydrating Magic Cream Light Moisturiser grants firmer and youthful-looking skin.
Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Cream Light Moisturiser harnesses everything we love about the Magic Cream but in an airy, cloud-like formulation.
Boasting a lighter texture than the original, this face cream leaves a mattified, smooth-looking finish that's suitable for all skin types. It's formulated with a potent line up of fortifying and youth-boosting complexes; first up is Replexium, a blend of peptides that helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Then the cream is hit with an infusion of Radicare-Gold Complex, which works together with the SPF 20 to protect the skin against UV sources, pollution and blue light (that comes with screen time). The final flourish is a dose of vitamin E to transform dull-looking skin with its wealth of conditioning and moisturising properties. The results? Soft, supple and protected skin.

Okay
I have only tried a small sample of this moisturizer but I will say as someone who generally goes for lightweight and oil free formulas due to combination skin... the feel can be a bit sticky, but as I have been using in the winter without makeup this hasn’t caused any noticeable problems. It also contains a fragrance, which for sensitive skin types may cause issues. Overall for me I didn’t see any pros over using this cream versus my usual lightweight spf/moisturizer in the AM and a thicker night cream in PM.

Consider this
Mind please that this cream really not light. I think it could be cream for winter season or may be for very dry skin.

Non-Clogging perfection
I never leave reviews but I really must for this product. I got the original magic cream a year or so ago with high hopes but all it did was clog my pores and make me break out like I was back in my early teens again. I have oily/combination skin and suffer from rosacea so I have to be very careful what I put on my skin. Any new cream I can tell instantly if it is going to work and if I am going to break out it happens within a day. I have been using this for a week and my goodness what a beautiful moisturiser. My skin is so plump and hydrated it looks amazing with it on its own but when I then do full makeup my skin is GLOWING and dewy but not oily. I have had no new breakouts from this so long may that continue. Honestly, this is so worth the money for anyone wanting that dewy glow but has sensitive acne prone skin.

Amazing
I absolutely love it! I pair it up with the magic serum ad my daily morning skincare routine and has made a huge difference on my skin. I used to suffer from patchy coloured skin as well as breaking out every now and again but a few weeks into my new skincare routine, all problems have almost gone - It really IS magic!

It's pretty close to magic
This is a very good moisturiser, and an excellent makeup base. Hydration lasts all day and makeup has never gone on smoother, and stayed without getting shiny. Best I've used in a long time. Expensive, yes, but I tried the travel size before committing to the full size. One, maybe two pumps is all you need for a generous covering. My skin gets easily dehydrated but I'm also prone to breakouts - I get all the hydration I need from this without my skin protesting.
