Average at best
I have bought a couple of lipsticks from the brand- Pillow Talk, Very Victoria and Secret Salma (which is the KISSING formula). First of all Pillow talk is a warm toned, orangy color and does not compliment everyone. Color did not compliment me at all, having cool skin tone. Very Victoria is a very nice color, but the main issue with the lipsticks is that they do not last at all. They are not matte, but more creamy and even without eating color will be gone in about 2 hours. Honestly, if it was just 1 shade ok, but it happened with all 3.

Amazing
I LOVE pillow talk original. The quality is so unique and the colour is fantastic. It does stay on my lips for quite long. I would definitely repurchase it and want to buy other shades(pillow talk medium, very Victoria and walk of no shame). Definitely gonna buy it for my mum as well. Stunning colours and the quality. LOVE LOVE LOVE! My favourite lipstick right now. The only disappointmenhing that breaks my heart is price. Even Natasha Denona lipsticks cost less but at the same time has extra 0.5grams of the product.

Pillow Talk
Wow. Just wow. I am a makeup addict and I own about 50 lipsticks yet I had never tried anything by Charlotte Tilbury. I finally gave in and bought the pillow talk original lipstick and liner. I will definitely be buying more shades! This lipstick is so comfortable I forgot I had it on! I also drink water constantly through the day and it lasted past lunch. It is not drying or crumbly and is so flattering. Makes your lips look fuller. I am a CT convert 100%!

Nice quality, needed a few coats though
This was my first Charlotte Tilbury lipstick experience. I wanted a coral matte-ish colour and chose Sexy Sienna. Unfortunately it's farrrrrr more PINK than coral on me (I'm a dirty blond, light medium to yellow skin tones). My husband commented that "it's the color the funeral home put on my grandma". Such is the risk we take ordering lipsticks online! That being said, I found the actual lipstick to be much creamier than other matte lipsticks (e.g. Nars) that I have. It went on much easier but did need a few coats to cover my lips completely. I used a NYX lip liner (Cantaloupe) the second time and this helped with coverage. TBC how long it stays in place! I'll try this line of lipsticks again, but maybe one of the darker shades next time. I wish there was a sample sheet of all the colours! Or like some of the brands, arms with the colours smeared on them.

Not a universal nude, doesn't last
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this universal nude shade "pillow talk". I don't feel it lasts that long on my lips either and generally, I don't find it a flattering shade (my lips are quite pigmented whilst my skin is very pale at the moment) and I find it ends up making me look a bit ghost-like dead rather than fuller pout and beautiful as all reviews seem to suggest. Just not the colour for me.

Very Victoria
The shade 'pillow talk' did not look good on my Asian skin tone (medium with yellow undertones). It looked like a baby pink on me. If pillow talk does not suit your skin tone then I'd really recommend the shade 'very victoria'. It's the more neutral sister of 'pillow talk' and is an exact match to my lip colour it almost looks like nothing on my lips being so natural! The matte formula is so comfortable & unique and has decent staying power. Would highly recommend this lipstick.
