For a deep cleanse: Apply to a dry face. Massage in outward sweeping motions towards the hair line and neck, then wash off.
As an overnight facial mask: Fully cleanse as above, then apply a thin layer all over the face, avoiding the eye area. Massage in and leave on for 10 minutes, or overnight for best results, then wash off any excess.
As a balm: Apply directly onto targeted areas and massage in.

I don’t really know what this is
Maybe I’m missing something with this product, it’s nice, but I’m not sure if I know what it’s actually for? Kind of a jack of all trades product? I can use it as a cleanser but I have better ones (especially at this price), it feels comforting and balmy as a moisturiser but again I have other moisturisers with more effective ingredients that don’t make my hair sticky. It’s nice for adding some glowy highlight but I have makeup for that. I feel like it’s trying to fit into the multitasker balm category like 8 hour cream, beauty flash balm etc but doesn’t quite stack up against what I already use. Nice enough but probably not something I actually need.

I really love this product. I don't think it is a good cleansing balm, so don't buy if you're looking for an elemis/emma hardie alternative. What it is good for is a mutli use moisture product. I use it in the bath as a moisture mask, and sometimes overnight. A little mini is good for travelling as you can put on your cuticles etc as a bit of an all rounder.
