For a deep cleanse: Apply to a dry face. Massage in outward sweeping motions towards the hair line and neck, then wash off.
As an overnight facial mask: Fully cleanse as above, then apply a thin layer all over the face, avoiding the eye area. Massage in and leave on for 10 minutes, or overnight for best results, then wash off any excess.
As a balm: Apply directly onto targeted areas and massage in.

Nightly use
I used this bad boy as a sample which allowed for 3 applications as an overnight balm. I was so impressed that I then purchased a full sized product. I only use this product as an overnight treatment in place of a night cream. I find that it softens my skin and keeps it nourished. My fine lines on forehead are softened too. I would agree with others that the balm is a little tacky upon application but this doesn’t bother me one bit as I know that my skin benefits from it. I imagine the tub will last at least 6 months with nightly use as you only needs tiny amount. I may use it twice weekly instead of daily but to be honest I enjoy using it so much! I cleanse with Eve Lom cleanser and muslin cloth, swipe face with Pixi Retinol and apply the balm. Noticed massive improvement in skin texture in 1st week. Highly recommend.

WEIRD TEXTURE BUT GREAT PRODUCT
I use this as a second cleanser. It's a treat that is a joy to use. The texture is neither gel, cream or balm. It has a scent but I find it gentle and non-drying. Only issue is it's in a pot and I prefer a tube.

Holy Grail
Always there for me when my skin needs help. It's so nourishing and hydrating. The lower half of my face is normally quite dry and if I put this on as a mask overnight, I actually wake up without smile lines. I highly recommend it.

Hate the texture, love the effect
I adore the smell and hate the texture. It's impossible to sleep in this mask, everything is so sticky. I usually have to get up like at 3 am and wash it off, but still, my skin looks amazing the morning after.

Definitely a Miracle
I have been using this as an overnight mask after the flu really dried up my nose and lip area. It certainly works miracles. Even after just one application, my skin feels great. After more regular use, my skin does feel much softer and much improved. Can’t bring me to use it as a cleanser yet seeing as it feels good left on! Though, I suppose, it’s something I’d use more at night than in the day.

Multi Miraculous Product
Anytime my skin even feels like it's about to go back to being dry, uncomfortable and flaky I'll just drown my face in this balm and I'm rescued. Not only is this the most non-drying, satisfying I've come across, tied with the Guinot cleansing milk - but it can be used as a nourishing mask as well that has never broken me out.
