Perfect

Exactly what I was looking for. I don’t find this to be “matte” as such, just no shimmer which I prefer, but I find it leaves a beautiful dewy glow on my skin. Super pigmented on me (be careful!) and the colour lasts all day.

Why have I never bought this before...?!

I've always been super sceptical around the Charlotte Tilbury hype but I take it all back. I bought this in Dream Pop which is a darker colour but works as I've got a tan right now. No tan and it might look a bit Aunt Sally!! Anyway, super easy to apply and layer up. Stays in place. Doesnt rub off despite my best endeavours. Gives me a dewy look which is fab as I'm in my fifties. I'm now a convert to all things Charlotte Tilbury. Yay!

Lovely Blush

I struggle with cream blush but this is lovely. Really easy to apply settled quickly and doesn’t shift. I bought Peach Pop and it can be built to a really bold colour but I prefer a more natural flush then pop a-bit of the Peachgasm on top for a bit of glow. Would highly recommend.

My first CT wand product

I have never owned any of the original blush wands or contour wants. One because they were a bit out of my price range and two because I have heard that the original blushes were "dewy" looking which for my oily skin was a definite no. So when I saw that these matte blushes were being released I was really excited to try one. I picked up the shade pink pop. On first opening the box I thought the packaging was really pretty, very luxurious looking. When I tried the blush I was surprised that the shade pink pop was actually more peachy rather than pink. Either way it looks really pretty on the cheeks, but I think the name is a little misleading. In terms of formula is wasn't disappointed. It can be applied for just a flush of colour or built up to quite a noticeable blush, which I something I really appreciate about it. The longevity of the colour, I would say, is pretty good for a cream/liquid blush as the first time I wore it I went out for the day and about 8 hours and it was still visibility there when it came time to remove my makeup. The finish seems to be more or a satin finish rather than absolutely matte, which in a way is definitely more realistic on the skin and means it's not drying or able to crack or separate in any way. After using this for a while now, the only thing I do not enjoy is the packaging. The part of the applicator where you turn it "on" or "off" isn't stuff enough to stay "on" or "off" and the tube it's self is very soft. This means that on occasion when you are trying to remove the lid, and unbeknownst to you the switch has moved itself to the "on" position, you are unknowingly squeezing a tone of product out of the end of the applicator. This makes a terrible mess and waste so much product. Now I know this is a possibility I am extremely careful when opening and closing the lid but it's just a bit of a faff. Overall, this is a gorgeous product and I am so happy to have purchased but there's always room for improvement (packaging wise).

A great pop of colour

Dream pop is a great shade. Easy to apply and blend for an instant long lasting flush of colour. Not too pigmented and the formula is buildable

Not what I was expecting but still lovely

I have never tried any of CT's original blush wants as I usually have very oily skin and didn't think they would be a great product for me. So when I saw these matte blush wands release I was super excited! I decided to choose the shade pink pop but when I used it for the first time I was surprised that it was more of a milky-peachy-pink colour rather than true pink. This aside, on my skin the colour is very pretty but not as pigmented as I wanted, but it can still be built up quite nicely. In terms of longevity, this lasts pretty well on my oily skin with a more satin than matte finish. I worse it out for the day and after 8 hours or so it was still visible on my skin, when by this time other liquid blushes would usually fade. This is a wonderful product but there were just a few things that I wasn't expecting. Maybe my expectations were too high. Overall, I do love this blush and will get a lot of use out of it.
