Hold the brush horizontally and use the flat side to push upwards and coat the lashes.

So disappointing
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is so disappointing. I get panda eyes very quickly, and it does not hold the curls - many other drugstore options perform much better than this. Looking at the reviews on CT's website and Instagram, had such high expectations and was completely crushed.

Slight disappointment
I’m quite disappointed with this mascara I love the packaging but when I use it I feel like the brush design is all wrong, I find myself scraping most of the product off to avoid clumpy lumps but then even when I apply a couple of layers to try and build them they still end up clumpy and wonky it’s a shame but I’m 100% sure my Rimmel Wonderfully real lashes are so much better.

Love that this is cruelty free. And not a bad price. But maybe I expect too much from mascaras? It went on well but no less faffy than others. And though it lasted well it still left dark smudges under my eyes by later on in the day. It made my lashes longer, yes, but I wouldnt say amazingly so. Now that lockdown's eased I've gone back to extensions as its just so much easier. 3 stars because to me its good but not fabulous.

Meh
Love the mascara, but not keen on the brush head, Its a hard brush and only has brushes on 2 sides, so I find it hard to apply... I'm probably not using it right.

The Best!
This is the best mascara I have used, very black and looks fabulous on. It even made me change from my Benefit one I have used for ages.This mascara is in a class of its own.

Love it!
My first Charlotte Tilbury mascara and I've been really impressed. I went back to use my Benefit mascara and it was no comparison. I only got a small one to try it out as I had a couple of other brands in stock but I'm getting the full size one immediately, I don't want to run out. My lashes look so much longer and take on the intended curl which I've not experienced from a mascara alone before.
