On first use I used one of the matte shades and a sparkly shade to create i very pretty look. I was delighted. Closed the palette and one of the pans fell out. I had bought the palette as a travel friendly option for day and nighttime looks during a new year holiday…instead i will be returning. I own a lot of charlotte tilbury products and i have never been disappointed with the quality before, but this is poor.
