It's ok
I tried this with the matching shampoo, it was ok and my hair felt fine but not as good as when I use another brand. Maybe it's because I have fine coloured hair and normally I get premium brands for fine hair. Hair felt dry and crisp not soft.

Doesn’t detangle
I like the smell and feel of this conditioner and it adds a nice shine, but it just doesn’t help detangle my fine hair at all. Disappointed.

Lightweight.
I tend to like a thicker richer conditioner as my hair can be quite dry and frizzy. I find as a stand-alone this isn't enough for me however this works amazing with the Coconut cocktail bionic tonic this way my hair feels super hydrated and smooth! and doesn't leave any thick leftover residue and both products are so lightweight.

Lightweight hydration
I tried the Normal-Thick formula on my curly bleached and porous hair and it instantly made my hair feel silky soft! I'm quite picky when it comes to conditioners because the minute I use a product that is not moisturising enough I end up with an unruly stack of hay more suited for a stable than a human head... Luckily this did not happen and it did not weigh my hair down either, it smells lovely and fresh, did not strip my hair colour or affected the shape of my curls. I would definitely re-purchase to use as a daily conditioner as the value and quality is great!

Great but not enough
I absolutely love using this with the Colour Wow Color Security Shampoo, and it makes my hair feel really nourished and soft. However, I do have really thick hair and lots of it, and I feel like I prefer a bit more hydration from my conditioner. Bear in mind that I normally go for a hair mask as my conditioner rather than a typical conditioner! I think this is fab though, and I've started using my mask every other shampoo as my treatment, and this as my standard conditioner and this is going really well!
