Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Blow dry each section using a brush to hold hair taut. Requires blow-drying to activate. For best results, use every three to four washes.

This gives a very sleek, silky finish and is one of my most used blow-dry treatments. Sadly, on my fine frizz-prone hair (when subjected to humidity of any kind) it doesn't completely stop the frizz, but I still use it for the quality of the blow-dry. I tried the extra-strength version thinking that would be the answer, but it couldn't be more different to the original. The extra-strength was completely awful on my hair, rendering it dull, sticky and impossible to style, therefore will be sticking with this one!
