Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Blow dry each section using a brush to hold hair taut. Requires blow-drying to activate. For best results, use every three to four washes.

I had put off buying this for so long because I was afraid it would iron into my hair in a sticky silicone layer like other anti frizz products I’d tried in the past. I got a trial size a while back and now I need to buy the supersize! I can’t feel a trace of it in my hair after it’s blow dried, this is the closest thing I can find in a topical product that mimics the effects of the keratin blow dry I used to get before having my hair bleached (balayage, waist length, fine but dense). I'm not 100% sure it does anything if you don't use it with straighteners. Used it on wet hair and diffuse/air dry and my hair still gets frizzy as normal
