Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. This is a staple for me. I've been using it for years and haven't found any other product that achieves the same results. My hair is prone to frizz but dream coat helps keep it smooth and sleek. You do need to make sure the hair is well saturated though, or you won't get the full effect.
