I have to use several pumps as my hair is curly and very frizzy, but you can see instant results: it helps tames frizz and makes my hair look healthier and smoother. The only thing that could be improved... is the scent, not my favourite! Other than that would recommend this product for some added shine and quality to the hair. Haven't used it consistently enough to comment on long-term repair effects (as I don't use heat on my hair too often), but still is a product I use regularly!
