Apply to dry hair. Load up the small end of the brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out (do not use sweeping motion). Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush.

Good product, careful of shades
I got the slightly lighter shade than the darkest based on reviews as the darkest is nearly black apparently. I wish I got the darkest because the slightly lighter one is too brown for me

This is the best root cover up that I have ever used. It gives me a few extra weeks between salon appointments. Easy to use, just brush on and it stays put until shampooed out. It does not come off on clothes or bed linen and disguises my white roots perfectly.

This really works!
I saw Chris Appleton using this on Tik tok and had to try it! it takes a few tries to get the hang of and requires a light touch for your hairline to still look natural but it has really helped my confidence! My only gripe with it is that if you touch your hair where you have put it it does transfer onto your hands and then clothes etc. so you have to be little careful!

I have repurchased this several times and primarily use it to touch up the greys around the headline and extend the time between colouring. It takes a bit of time to master the application, so that you do not apply too much product at one. In my view, it tends to run a bit dark, so if in doubt, go for lighter option. It's easy just to carry in a handback and touch up on the go as needed. I prefer this powder root touch up to the wet formulas from other brands
