Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Not great on curly hair
My curly hair didn’t respond well to this product. The instructions state that you need to use heat along with TENSION to gain best results. As I always use a diffuser, tension is not a good thing for curls. I ended up with a lot of wispy frizz. It did feel very soft though.

Great for humidity
This definitely helps keep my curly, frizzy hair smooth and shiny. Use mostly on holiday when fighting heat and extreme frizz and it definitely helps with that. I find it’s most effective when sprayed section per section and saturate hair from top to bottom. Way less effective if just sprayed overall.
