Staple wear alone product for fair skin
This is just OK as a primer in terms of any additional benefit, but does play nicely under foundation in comparison with lots of other spf options. I used to use this daily, but at some point the product may have been pulled because of reformulation and I've since moved onto others. Glad to see it's back as it is a good mid-level spf that doesn't break me out (the real test). I just don't know if it gives enough protection compared with a standalone sunscreen.

Nice idea but not the best
I loved the idea of this so was a bit disappointed that it doesn’t really do much to prime the skin. Their make up setting spf 30 spray is waaaay better (the best, in fact!)

Amazing
This product is amazing! I have had a long battle with severe cystic acne and I am now left with red patches and scars on my face. I have never left the house without make up however after using this it’s amazing! It actually does blur out my pores and my acne/scars I went out yesterday make up free! I am olive skin toned and this has an ever so slight white cast however I found that was because I didn’t work the product in enough.

Meh
-The bottle doesn`t close -Even after double-cleansing in the evensing there are particles of sunscreen on my face (I guess - mica) -I am Eastern European, so my skin is light. If you wear it by itself, you look like white ghost -When the bottle is finishing (3/4 of it is already used) it`s almost imposible to take product out -The first time you apply it it goes smoothly but products with SPF should be applied every 2 hours, later applications are unpleasant and it stars to feel drying (I have combination skin) -I cannot put it around my eyes, because they start to feel sensitive and itchy -Not worth the price Good thing - it is nice under makeup

Coola Mineral SPF30 Daydream Primer
Fourth bottle I’ve just bought and its Broad Spectrum is the major reason I like it. And the smooth touch but lightweight texture is the best one I’ve tried for years. Couldn’t leave it but will continue to buy and love it.

Good primer but wouldn't wear it by itself
I don't really do primers because I rarely notice any benefits and it just seems like an unnecessary extra step in my routine. I bought this to wear as a sunscreen that worked under makeup and was light enough for my oily skin. I have to say that it worked better than I expected and that I now understand how primers are supposed to work (when they're good). It makes my skin tint "stick" to the skin and it doesn't pill at all, although it works best if you wait a couple of minutes before applying makeup. I haven't yet found anything that keeps my skin matte all day and this doesn't either but I actually notice a difference and I can go without face powder on the days I use this. I wouldn't use this on its own as it says in the description above because it leaves a slight white cast that isn't flattering for the skin. But this is to be expected when using a mineral sunscreen. It also has a bit of glitter in it (I'm guessing it's the mica) which I think could have been left out but it doesn't bother me either since it doesn't show through makeup.

Love It!
It's the best primer I've ever tried, and you barely notice the SPF in it! It goes on silky and light and it's the best base for makeup, even in the summer heat.
