Incredible value
I went backwards and forwards about purchasing this due to the cost (for myself) but so glad I did. Overall extremely good value!! I've been introduced to some new products that I'll definitely repurchase (I guess that's the point). I'd say it predominantly had skincare products in, there were couple of fillers in there that I won't use. Some products were trial sizes and some full sizes, interested by the haircare products, maybe could have been a couple more. Some makeup in there, not lots of options. I'd say it was definitely missing a decent cleaner/toner product. Only one cleanser and that was on day 25, which was recommended for night use and quite drying. Will definitely consider purchasing again next year!

2021 was better
Loved last years box. Always keep to open on Christmas Day. Disappointed to find 8 hair products mostly masks. Full size products include lipstick and perfume. 2 highlighters. Will give it a miss next year as not enough variety for the price.

I really enjoyed this calendar. I've enjoyed in particular the skincare that has been curated for this box. It has some favourites, some want-to-try and some new things. My only gripe is the haircare, although some may love this, I wasn't excited about many of the products. Sam Knight was good to try but apart from that, I could have given this a miss. It seems to be aimed at caucasian, straight hair. My hair is very fine and curly and I wasn't really the target buyer for the products in this. It wasn't a big deal and I could pass these on. The skincare and make up was nice. I get make up too, in these boxes are hard to choose because the user remit needs to be very broad: dry skin, oily skin, dark skin, light skin. I think it covered that. I would be very pleased to get another box next year.

After all the good reviews, I was really keen to get the calendar this year (missed out last year). Have to say I am disappointed with the ‘mix’ of products, 5 moisturisers?! Limited make up, 1 fragrance. Also, how the calendar was curated seamed a little thoughtless eg. Skin highlighter followed the next day by another… Won’t bother next year!
