Sadly doesn’t do much
Such useless product. Once put on it just feels like your face and eyes are being squashed… just way too tight. Does not block much light either so not very useful at all.

Uncomfortable at times.
I received this in the advent calendar and had never used one before. The material feels lovely and soft but I did feel that it digged in around my ears at times but I perceived. After a week of using I ended up with slight irritation on my eyelids so decided to give it a break to see if it was the mask. I've been using it again for a few days with no repeat irritation so will continue to use and see how it goes.
