What happened?!
I'm angry and upset. My face is... occupied by numerous little whiteheads, it's red and sore, and it is irate beyond compare. I used this face wash before, in the mini form, and it always worked for me. I took a break from it as I was travelling and when I came back I wanted to buy more, but only the larger size was available. I put down the £, bought the larger size and my face is...absolutely screaming. I tried to work out what caused this, and the only explanation I keep coming back to is this face wash. It has caused so! many! spots! and I still don't know why, what changed, why this happened and how this is only thing I can find as a main culprit. So upset. Has it changed? Is there a difference between mini and large size? Either way, I'm taking back my glowing reviews for this brand, this has wrecked my skin.

Great at removing make up
Got this as part of a skincare edit box and was really excited to try as I was in the need of a new cleansing balm for a first wash. This comes out a bit like an oil/gel and you massage it in to dry skin. This cleared the majority of my make up (Hourglass mascara ALWAYS hangs on a bit no matter what I use, hence double cleansing!) and left my skin feeling soft and clean. No tightness or dryness and I didn’t feel like my skin had been stripped of what is meant to be there whilst it took away what is not. Will repurchase.

I’ve fallen in love with this cleanser and have bought it repeatedly. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all (in fact it’s the only thing that didn’t hurt my sore nose after a cold) and actually strengthens its natural barrier, making it less red and sensitive and more resilient.

Great product
I really like this product. It works really well at cleansing without stripping the skin and removes makeup effectively. I like the pump mechanism for dispensing the balm which is kind of a gel balm. My only issue is the amount of product. It doesn't last long and you can't see how much is left. A supersize would be a great addition to the range.

A balm cleanser this is a hard recommend from me. The texture is pretty thick but without the grossness of sticking your finger into a pot to get it out! It also warms nicely in your palms before transferring to your skin. The smell is negligible (my preference) and works wonders on makeup removal as a first cleanse. Try the 15ml and then commit to the 100ml!

I received a sample of this from another retailer, and then bought the full size through CB! I have really dry skin at the moment, and this cleanses without stripping the skin. I use a face halo to remove it with warm water, as I don't think just water alone would remove the excess, but that isn't an issue for me.

I have a lot of very fine hair (cut short, above the ear), which just seems to absorb this styling cream and be left limp. I didn't find it gave any texture or lift. Probably better for thicker hair types.
