I love a gift card but it’s annoying that you can’t use multiple gift cards in one order, and you have to use the whole gift card in one go. Would make more sense to be able to add it to your account like you can with other websites

Worst gift card
This is by far the worst gift card! It doesn’t allow to use the gift card code more than once which is ridiculous. So essentially you have to spend the whole gift card all in one go which is not ideal - and this is for any type of gift card amount. Cult beauty need to fix this!

As per other reviewers … don’t buy. Can’t use in conjunction with offers or free postage & have to redeem in full on one purchase otherwise balance is lost. Complained several times & won’t be purchasing from cult beauty again.

Bad T&Cs
This is not like most gifts cards, you have to put the code into the promotions box. Therefore all the promotions Cult Beauty run, (the times when you might most want to use the gift card) you can't spend your gift card AND get the special offer. The gift card code invalidates the promo code. Sucks. The person buying the gift card isn't made aware of this, hardly any info when you purchase.

Very vague T&Cs that mean if you don't spend all of it in one sitting, they just take the rest and that's it gone. Basically giving them free money.
