It’s ok
I can’t say I enjoyed using this and for someone like me with super long hair, I found I had to use a lot to properly clean my hair. It’s a good shampoo but I can’t say I’ve noticed results after finishing the bottle so may require further purchases. But for the size and price I think there is better options. I enjoyed the tingle it gave and the menthol scent but other than that it was just ok for me!

So far, so good
I am half-way through my first bottle, along with the serum, and I am losing less hair in the shower, which is great news. I wash my hair twice, and the second time I leave it on while I wash my body, as instructed. It is slightly warming on the scalp but has not been aggressive to my sensitive scalp. I find that it does make the ends of my hair dry, so I use a conditioner. I hope I continue to see these positive results.

I had lost a chunk of hair due to stress and vitamin deficiency and I think this helped a lot. The hair grew back very quickly and hair felt really clean. I did notice it was making my ends dryer (even though I was just using this on the roots) but nothing a conditioning mask couldn't assist with.

Thinning Hair
