i've got really fine hair and this is one of the few leave ins that doesn't leave my hair stringy, weighed down, or gross looking. i use this when i'm air drying, and i never get frizz anymore. my hair stays super silky, and smooth! i haven't used this as a heat protectant or when i'm using heat, but sometimes i'll spray a bit in my hand and put a lil bit on my ends or flyaways and it hides them! doesn't make my hair look clumpy which is rare. i will say the smell lowkey isn't the best, but it makes my hair SO good i forgive it
