Was really hoping...
I had been using a well-known anti-dandruff shampoo for years but noticed my hair was falling out more and more over time and no longer as thick as it used to be, so wanted something that would be gentle on the scalp whilst clarifying. After reading reviews for this shampoo I thought I'd give this a whirl. The first wash was great but subsequent washes have irritated my scalp, really itchy and very flaky; the worst my scalp has ever been in 30 years! I've given one star as my hair hasn't been falling out as much but sadly this shampoo isn't for me, I had such high hopes :'(

Excellent product
I was looking for a shampoo to help with my oily roots and this was recommended in an article. I was previously having to wash my hair every other day or else it looked greasy! This shampoo is worth the price, It cleans my hair well and I’m able to go that extra day now without worrying about it looking oily. Subtle pleasant smell, I will certainly be buying this again.

Just perfect
Finally found my go-to shampoo, I've been using it for over 6 months now and haven't had any problems and my hair comes up just the right amount of clean. Non-offensive product in any sense and love the company overall.

Swear by it
I have fine hair that gets oily and needs washing every other day. This shampoo smells great and keeps the hair fresh & clean for much longer than any other products I have used. Even after 2 days of washing, my hair does not seem to accumulate too much oil. Totally worth the price.

Amazingly clean
I use a ton of product for big bouncy hair, mainly hair powder and spray. The build up can be hard to manage and I’ve tried a few clarifying shampoos but most leave my hair like straw. This was gentle and left my hair light and clean with no stripping. I’d completely recommend this.

Great for oily hair with sensitive scalp | grapefruit smell
My hair is very straight & fine and due to stress, I experienced a dry, flaky, itchy scalp, and more hair loss than usual over the last year. Doing a weekly apple-cider rinse really helped rebalance my hair and scalp but even after stopping these treatments, my hair now gets very oily much quicker... This SOLU shampoo allowed me to go from washing every other day to once every 4 days and despite leaving my hair a little bit dry for a few hours just after washing (expected of a clarifying shampoo), my scalp still feels great and hydrated. I use dry shampoo every day (fringe) and SOLU truly leaves my hair very clean. The smell amplifies that very clean feeling; it smells like grapefruit but only during washing. I still alternate with the Klorane volume shampoo but when that one runs out I think I'll try the Davines VOLU or OI shampoo in combination with SOLU. Really happy with SOLU :-)
