Each box contains 16 tampons with cardboard applicators.
Wash your hands and get into a comfortable position. You can squat, put one leg up, or sit on the toilet with your knees apart.
Push the tampon into your vagina using the applicator or your finger.
Inserting a tampon in your vagina is more comfortable if youre relaxed.
Throw the wrapper and applicator in the bin dont flush them.
Its best to change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Dont leave your tampon in for more than 8 hours. You can wear a tampon overnight, but put it in right before bed and change it as soon as you get up in the morning.
You take the tampon out by gently pulling the string.
Wrap used tampons in toilet paper and throw them away in the bin dont flush them.

Wanted to love these
I always have used tampons with a plastic applicator, which works for me. But I’ve been ‘shamed’ about plastic waste plus have become knowledgeable about the chemicals in regular tampons. So decided to try these. They are a lovely idea but so disappointing. Every time I (try) to use them I wonder how these were made by women. I end up wasting so many because it’s often impossible get a good grip on the applicator, and the product doesn’t slide out. This negates the purpose of the applicator. It becomes a messy process and in the end I’ve reverted back to my plastic applicator tampons, which work every time. It’s such a shame.

Non toxic swap
As soon as these launched on site, I made the decision to stop buying from the supermarket and move exclusively to these and haven't looked back. Learning about all of the toxins (including chlorine bleach!) that are commonly found in tampons was really eye-opening to me, so making the move to these 100% organic versions felt like a no-brainer. They don't compromise on quality whatsoever either!

Great idea but...
Oh, I really wanted to like these! I love the cute packaging (the self-love messaging on the box adds a lovely touch) so much so that I found myself smiling at the box and almost forgetting about my timely cramps. Unfortunately, there are design flaws I feel with the applicator as it's extremely smooth but without much grip, meaning it's very difficult not to bend out of shape when attempting to insert it. The result is either wasting a tampon or having to insert without the applicator which defeats the purpose and isn't too comfortable.
