Good CBD
This was the first type of CBD I have tried. I liked the idea of applying a patch. I live with fibromyalgia and had heard that CBD can help with symptoms. To be clear I wasn’t expecting a miracle, and during a flare up nothing really helps me with the chronic pain and fatigue but I have found that these help take the edge off day to day pain and anxiety. I use them as and when I need. Overall, easy to use and discreet. I usually apply a patch to the inside of my forearm, leaving it on for 24hrs as per instructions. They do leave an outline of sticky residue once removed but it is easily washed off. I would recommend and will likely buy again.

helps with my eczema flare ups
I suffer from Eczema and spent years looking for something to help with my skin, I found that my flare ups were triggered by a few products such as washing up liquid or certain skincare brands but most of all from getting stressed.
