dpHUE is home to problem-solving hair care heroes that prove you can emulate that fresh-from-the-salon bounce and shine every single day. Specifically centred around the needs of coloured hair, trust these talented formulas to fight fading, brighten your tone and remedy unwanted roots. And since great colour starts with healthy hair and a well-cared for scalp, their wash-day routine is key. Here to help you stop over-shampooing and consequently stripping your hard-earned colour, the Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse is a shampoo substitute that cleanses without washing your colour down the drain — quite the contrary...
The cycle of over-shampooing is a hard one to kick but it’s essential for maintaining the vibrancy of your hair colour. dpHUE's advice? Skip the shampoo, reach for the rinse — their Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse, that is.
Made with artisanal crafted apple cider vinegar from George Paul Vinegary, it's a shampoo substitute that gently cleanses and removes impurities without stripping hair colour and natural oils that are essential to scalp and hair health. It works in tandem with argan oil, lavender extract and aloe vera to help seal the cuticle, add shine, protect your colour, soothe your scalp and moisturise your strands. Who said you needed to shampoo to reveal your shine?

Nice product
Good product to use to minimise hair washing and still feel clean.

Had to write a review straight away
I have literally just used this product and felt the need to write a review straight away. Wow. I have coloured and highlighted hair and this product has made it feel sleek and soft and after drying has no visible flyaway bits. I was dubious if this would strip my hair as it is very porous but not at all. Love it.

Not what I expected!!!
I got this in the hair edit and have only just started using it l. Totally not what I expected. My hair is thin, coloured and fine and I tried this to avoid a wash and maintain my colour. My hair felt so soft and clean. I would definitely recommend this. It is pricey, but worth it.

Love it!
I really love this hair rinse. I tend to use it in between using my virtue shampoo. Felt calming for my sensitive scalp and left my hair feeling very soft and nourished.

Great product
I use this product most days instead of using shampoo daily, it leaves my hair soft and shiny and in good condition.

New favourite
I have bright orange/copper hair and i’m forever trying to find products that will help maintain my colour and increase the amount of time between shampoo washes. I’ve used this product a few times and each time it leaves my hair shiny and clean, sometimes keeping the grease away longer than if I had fully shampoo’d it. You just have to ensure you thoroughly wash this out. Definitely noticed my colour lasts longer since i’ve been using this, I love it!

Great for dry scalp
I am prone to a very tight and uncomfy scalp due to psoriasis. This really helped as an inbetween wash and would recommend. Hair felt really soft and enhanced my natural waves.

Great for inbetween washes
Love this stuff. Genuinely leaves your hair super silky and fresh in-between washes. Have to use it properly, let it sit for 3 minutes before rinsing and really work it in. I have fine and naturally hair and am down to one wash a week, even after workouts.

It’s diffetent!
I bought this and the scalp scrub after reading an article in the Sunday You magazine. I’ve used it twice. The first time my hair on day one looked brighter and glossier and felt more manageable. The second day it looked heavy and greasy. I used it a second time and for two days my hair looked better than with a decent regular shampoo. It’s not cheap though so will use once a week. I like the scalp scrub idea as an exfoliator to get the hair follicles stimulated.

Does NOTHING
Got it in one of the hair edits. This thing does nothing. You better wash your hair with just water and when you dry it, you will see I am right. Greasiness was there. What is this, as if it is vinegar, it is a pricey one and can’t even go on my salad.
