This is okay
I use this every so often as it has apple cider vinegar in for my scalp. I use it then cleanse again with another shampoo as I don’t feel like I’ve washed my hair properly if not, but maybe that’s just me. This is more of a luxury buy for me than a must have.

Amazing Alternative & Flexible!!
This is a really amazing option for an alternative to shampoo, whether its to help maintain your colour, reduce the use of shampoo or a good detox cycle. I did find my hair and scalp felt clean and soothed afterward, with a really healthy shine. This is great after a workout or even as a pre-shampoo treatment. The main ingredient of this is apple cider vinegar so it does smell very strongly of vinegar so just be aware of that, but I found especially once I used y conditioner and post-wash products my hair didn't smell of vinegar ... but if you're going to use just this you ay find that slight hint of vinegar aroma in the hair.
