It is good
A bit too soon to tell if it actually works, but it has shown some improvement in my skin so far. I feel that my eyelids are not so saggy, and my eye bags are less dark after using it a couple of times a week for three consecutive rounds. It is also a nice and relaxing ritual to sit, or lay down, with your eyes closed for 10 min or so.

Using for over two years and works
I bought this in the US 2.5 years ago, and use it 95% of the days (first thing when I get up in the morning, while brushing my teeth and making a hot drink). I definitely have seen an improvement, and the few times I've skipped it for a week or so, I noticed. I also take good care of my eye area otherwise though (never sleep in make-up, use eye cream am & pm, eat healthy, stay hydrated, exercise, sleep enough...).

Really notice the difference
I’ve had really bad issues with my eyes, I feel the lack of Vit D affects my skin and have really dry eyes and quite sensitive skin have ended up trying so many products. Then I decided to committing to this device! I am so happy I did! It’s brilliant! My sensitivity has eased. The dark circles have brightened. Also, the upper eyelid has lifted for sure. Very impressed.

Fine-lines & Wrinkles
Been using it for over 3 months now almost every day, once a day. I’ve noticed a difference with my fine lines and wrinkles but not for my dark circles.The only thing that sucks is its battery, it dies so fast!

No results
I’ve used this religiously for several months almost every day, and for 3-4 rounds each time (total of 9-12 minutes per session.) So I’ve definitely given it a good try. But I saw no results. After the first month I felt like my (minor) hooded eyes seemed less so but this hasn’t remained. I think this product is a gimmick tbh. I very much believe in the power of LED light therapy; from extensive research, I just don’t think the particular wavelengths on this product and the short amount of time recommended for usage is effective so I’ll be looking to purchase a proper medical-grade/salon-use LED device instead. I’d rather spend 4x the price for something that really works than throw nearly £200 down the drain for a gimmick that doesn’t.

Disappointed
I have been using this every night for over 10 weeks now and straight after using it the results are great , my crows feet and 11s lines are much better and my whole eye area looks refreshed but upon waking the next morning the lines are basically back to normal so unfortunately I wouldn't recommend as it's a lot of money to pay out for disappointing results.

Somehow yes.
I have been using this mask since March (10 months) almost every day. I see zero results on my 11s or my crow's feet to be totally honest (did take pictures before I did start) ; somehow my hooded eyes are less.. hooded. Not sure how this can be or how it works and do not care much because I will just keep on using it.

Good but not brilliant
So I've been using these for over a month now and it is clear they do some good to my eyes but the wrinkles and crow's feet are still there. They do reduce puffiness and perhaps slightly diminish dark circles but no visible effect on the main concern as yet. Will keep using them and hope I wake up wrinkle free one morning.
