For AM or PM use, up to three times a week.
Prepare Step 1 by placing cotton ball (not cotton pads) firmly over bottle opening and making two 3-second turns to dispense the proper amount. Repeat the process with Step 2.
Massage the Step 1 cotton ball onto clean, dry skin (this can be targeted or used across the entire face avoiding the contact with eyes) until it’s dry. Wait two minutes.
Repeat the process with Step 2 – do not rinse.
Use sunscreen daily.

Intense treatment
This definitely is effective as I saw a noticeable difference in reduced sun damage, but I prefer the Dennis Grossman wipes for practicality.

Really enjoyed this peel and I can instantly feel that my skin is softer and smoother. I knocked one star off as I am not fully sure if it is worth the price tag compared to the peel wipes and am yet to find out how many treatments I can get out of this. Do not START your acid journey here, a bit like getting fit you need to start with the low weights (many reps and often) and build up to this if your skin allows you to. Listen to your skin! While it says to use up to three times a week, however, I tend to use this duo every two weeks, more before special occasions when I want guaranteed perfect skin the next day. For me, it always delivers a great base for makeup and a much more luminous surface for about a week. With strong multi-acids like this, there is a tipping point for some skin types and I don't ever want to hit that as with my mature skin, once there's an irritation it takes a month to clear.

Expensive and not enough
I’m not one to spend much on skincare but have some pigmentation on my face from hair removal/PCOS/folliculitis. I did a lot of research to find a product that would help this. I was expecting a lot from this and I wish I’d just spent the money on a chemical peel. My skin feels no different than it did using a one-step/supermarket glycolic/salicylic acid toner. The sterile cotton wool provided is awful as they shrink-wrapped it and it’s too dense, you have to pull it apart a little bit and it stays lumpy. They’re tiny and it makes it difficult to apply the product. I wouldn’t buy it again at this price.

I’ve been using this for about a year and it’s one of the few products I’ve purchased that has made a difference to my skin. I use it 2-3 times a week and have seen a difference on my skin over time. You have to keep using it in order to see results, and for me, it has improved the texture of my skin as well as the evenness. It’s very good for reducing redness on my nose and cheeks too. Yes, it’s expensive, but if you don’t want or have the ability to go to a skincare professional it’s one of the few things I’ve tried over the years that has given me results. I’ve marked it down 1 star because of the price point, as it is an investment and does require continued use.

I will never not buy this. After using it once the next day I looked refreshed. I use it 3 times a week now and have also bought his cleanser. It's pricy but I've stopped buying random skincare products and sticking to what works, and it's this. I cleanse, use this, then apply my oil/serum and moisturiser. I use toner the times I don't use this. My skin looks fresher, clearer healthier and brighter!! I don't wear much makeup - and none since using this! I have oily t-zone, sometimes dehydrated (but not dry) rest of face. My skin isn't sensitive. Very mild tingle for less than a minute after this application.

I use it twice a week, in the evening. In the morning my skin looks great and less oily. It makes a difference for me; I discovered this product with the Goody Bag. Expensive but worth it.
