Face changer

I’ve been addicted to this bottle of magic for a long long time now. It’s a miracle worker. I no longer need a face cream! It completely hydrates and clears my skin leaving it totally fresh and fulfilled.

Great product, poor packaging.

The product itself is very good. After finishing the 50 ml, I decided to go for the bigger bottle. Quality of the packaging is not acceptable for a product of that price - the bottle is leaking, has to be stored standing up but as it is clear, the product get exposed to the light. Very disappointing, they need to improve this.

Fairly effective

50ml of Formula lasted me approximately 2 months, using twice daily as suggested. I liked the herbaceous scent though the container felt a bit cheap and more importantly, tricky to use. The pump sort of squirts the product out rather than spraying it out. The stream is rather strong and will bounce off (!) the cotton pad and splash everywhere if the pad is too close. To make this even more amusing, it is hard to close the lid properly. These are minor complaints though. As far as the actual product goes, I was quite satisfied. After 2 months of regular use, I noticed that my pores were smaller and less noticeable. I did not find significant differences in my overall skin tone or frequency/quantity of breakouts but it may be because I am used to using AHA and BHA products regularly before trying DrFPJ. On the other hand, my partner, who never puts anything on his skin unless forced to do so by me, also used the formula and saw his skin condition improve more quickly and more clearly than me. The downside was that the Formula increased oil production on my face quite significantly. It may be because it had more hydrating and nourishing properties than the products I was using before, but to my combination/oily skin it was a bit too much. The formula may be better suited to more mature and/or dry skin. Overall I enjoyed this and am considering to repurchase the Formula at some point in the future, but I also agree with other reviews that report similar benefits with cheaper products. DrFPJ isn’t the most cost-effective product but if you are also looking for something to splurge on in order to drown your sorrow/frustration/anger/whatever it is that you have to endure to pay the bills, it has that nice aura of luxury that I found quite therapeutic XD

Pretty disappointed...

I was expecting big things from this but have to say it didn't really perform to what I was expecting/hoping for. It smelt like kitchen cleaner, horrible fake lemon smell. I didn't find it that harsh but also didn't find any real benefits above and beyond what I get from a cheaper AHA toner such a Pixi Glow Tonic. I didn't find my skin more hydrated or reduce of redness etc. Just not really worth the money in my opinion.

Worth the money

I'm so surprised that CB is selling this brand!! I heard about this toner from Wayne Goss and I have to say my skin is healing faster and it helps with spots as well. Its a bit aggressive for sensitive skin, but I did finish my bottle anyway. I did find a cheaper version, but if your budget allows, definitely go for it.
