for eczema and acne
Received in a goodie bag and gave it to my 17y daughter who suffers from very dry itchy skin and recovering from acne .. it states it’s for sunbathing but it’s been so good for eczema and as face cream on scars from acne

Surprisingly average
Got this as part of a goody bag. Took it to a vacation with me knowing that my skin tends to burn - and aloe vera is a great treatment for that. Surprised with how average it turned out to be. Once applied turns a bit sticky, which is usual for aloe vera but you'd think with this price point this would be somehow modified. Skin is fine after, but nothing revolutionary. I expected more from this.

Nice product
Received this in the sun edit box I purchased. It is nice and helped soothe a little bit of sunburn I had! I probably wouldn’t spend the money full price for this product but It’s nice to have got to try it within the box.

Quality product
So happy to have received a Dr Barbara Strum product in the C.B latest edit. Anyway, after waxing my legs applied the gel. Really impressed, it glides on and is very smoothing.

Love it
Ok, it’s expensive. But for someone with extremely dry/flaky skin who is very sensitive to the slightest tacky feeling of body lotion, this is the first time I have been ok with putting on clothes after using moisturiser. So for me, it’s worth it - but yes, an expensive buy for someone who is less picky about texture etc.

Plain aloe Vera gel
This is just plain aloe gel that can’t really be used on the face as it pills. As for any cooking effect or repairing it had none. Felt let down as it’s not even great as a body moisturiser.

Use instead of hyaluronic
This is incredibly pricey for an aloe gel and I wondered how I might best use it (other than for sunburn). During the last very hot weeks of summer, I wanted something very light on my face. I used this (and sunscreen) and it is a wonderful alternative, that seems to have all the same benefits as a hyaluronic acid. I don't know if my face is tired of hyaluronic but this works better for me. I now use it nightly as part of my skin care routine. I'm not sure I would buy it again, simply because of the cost (I got it in a 'goodie bag') but I really have liked it a lot.

Pricey but worth it.
My mum suffers terribly with dry skin that kept her awake at night and caused pain. Creams through her doctor aggravated the problem. I bought this for her to try and it has been amazing. It has a lovely cool texture that goes on well and absorbs quickly. Her skin has improved and the itching is gone. A regular purchase now as it has improved her quality of life.

Stunning but Spenny!!
Let me start by saying I absently love this aloe gel, its main ingredient is aloe vera, its 100% fragrance-free and includes some beautiful ingredients to help calm, hydrate and soothe the skin. It been so amazing to include this within my routine as we are in winter and I have restarted my laser hair removal on my face and gone up in strength and I really need something to help clam and help maintain healthy, happy and soothed skin. The size is generous but especially as aloe vera gels you want to be applied to slather the skin especially when it comes to the body and if you save this for the chest upwards I do think its a little spenny but I love this and it will be within my routine moving forward, especially with laser hair removal on the face.
