Specially developed by Dr. Barbara Sturm (a world-renowned expert in the field of non-invasive anti-ageing) this eye cream targets exhausted eyes, taking on swelling, bags and dark circles. Like all of Dr. Sturm’s products, this combines potent natural compounds with medical molecular active substances to protect against skin ageing and assist in regeneration, which is particularly important around the delicate eye area.
The thinnest and (probably) most problematic area of skin on the face, our eyes can easily look exhausted, often shrouded in dark shadows, bags and swelling. Coming to the aid of tired eyes, this Eye Cream has been specially developed by internationally-acclaimed aesthetics doctor Barbara Sturm, featuring her signature combination of powerful natural compounds and medical molecular active substances. Potent antioxidants purslane (the key ‘super plant’ used across Dr. Sturm’s range) and skullcap extract (a renowned healing plant similar to mint) protect and strengthen the sensitive skin around the eyes, while a special complex of golden root, sugar beet and yeast provide a soothing, de-puffing effect. Active omega lipids help the skin to retain its moisture and give it a youthful boost, refreshing skin without overburdening it.

My go to eye cream for sensitive under eye skin. Third order as it proves to work the best on my skin and a must try! Helps reducing dark circles and illuminates the delicate eye area.

Lovely cream- but at age 39 I need more
This is a gorgeous cream and I love the entire BS range apart from the lip balm. Everything else my skin and I just love. I have been using this cream in the mornings and under concealer- it is the dream. Provides an extremely smooth base for concealer. It’s a gel texture and absorbs very quickly which I need in the mornings when low on time. Concealer goes on much nicer , smoother without creasing. There is no hint of any greasiness or oiliness, like some creams leave (actually most ) I would use this and only this for the rest of my life IF i was in my 20s again. But I am 39, with darkness, fine lines and I’m starting to get slight puffiness especially in the mornings and on nights I don’t sleep well (which is most nights these days with a out of control snoring husband and young kids) This cream won’t really address any of that. Yes it’s soothing , but I need vitamin c for the darkness and something stronger for firmness and puffiness. The DE vitamin c eye cream for example is very good for under eye darkness and I have been trying the AOS peptide cream too for night. Unfortunately the BS doesn’t provide any of these things. I have also tried the BS anti aging eye cream but prefer this one as the other one is harder to rub in (goes on white) and has more of the typical eye cream texture.

Made skin under eyes peel
Under eye area felt dry shortly after application, then after a few hours the skin under one of the lower lids started to peel. Very unimpressed.

Didn’t agree with me
Received a sample in an edit, and it didn’t agree with my eye area at all and I had to stop using it. Would suggest if you have sensitive eyes to try and sample before you buy, as it would be an expensive mistake.

I bought this eye cream, and while it feels lightweight and not greasy at all, I feel like it almost did nothing for my eye area. It complements the rest of DBS regiment. I would not recommend it on its own.

I really adore Dr Sturm's products, but this eye cream does nothing in terms of dark circles, it's just a waste of money, and the texture is also not so nice, didnt feel luxurious at all.

My favourite eye cream.
Dr. Barbara did it again. This is by far one of my favorite eye creams to date. I love the lightweight texture and have been using this for about a month now and have noticed such a difference in my laugh lines, leaves my undereye area feeling so hydrated and does not leak into the eye area. Is 100% worth the hype!

So worth it.
I’m a big fan of Dr. Barbara Sturm, the more I buy the more I love and this eye cream is really good. I have sensitive skin and this feels really nice under my eyes. I put 2 layers on a night and less during the day and I’ve noticed a huge improvement to my under eye area since I started using this about a month ago. Really helping bags, dark circles, and puffiness. I’m going to buy it again for sure.
