The AAA-list’s favourite facialist, Dr. Sturm has distilled her unique expertise into ground-breaking treatments the beauty world can’t get enough of. This exemplary line-up of targeted treatments melds cutting-edge tech with the latest and greatest ingredients to emulate the impact of her non-invasive ‘tweaks’ at home (there’s no appointment necessary). An innovative and skin-friendly serum containing three forms of vitamin C, The Good C Vitamin C Serum not only diminishes the appearance of existing pigmentation, but also counteracts the formation of age spots and improves your tone for an enviably even, luminous finish.
Crafted to balance the radiance-boosting effects of vitamin C at the optimum potency so it doesn't damage skin barrier function or induce sensitivity, Dr. Barbara Sturm's The Good C Vitamin C Serum counters the effects of environmental aggressors, deeply hydrates and illuminates your skin.
It harnesses a proprietary blend of 5% vitamin C in three skin-friendly forms: oil-soluble vitamin C THD; stabilized, synthetic vitamin C in glucosidic form and an extract from kakadu plum - a fruit that boasts 100 times the vitamin C concentration of an orange! Together, they help to diminish uneven pigmentation, encourage collagen production, consolidate your tone and provide protection against free radicals to maintain a youthful visage. What's more, it's laced with zinc to improve the absorption of the vitamin C, as well as aloe vera and hyaluronic acid to deliver impressive hydration. In the words of Dr. Barbara Sturm herself: "regular usage results in a complexion that’s healthy-looking, fresh and radiant." Sounds good to us!

Dr Sturm Vitamin C Serum
Lovely and gentle on my skin which can react to some vitamin C serums. Repurchase.

A good serum
Really lovely light moisturising serum- I haven’t seen any change in my sun spots and pigmentation, even with using a stronger vitamin c in the morning (i use this one at night) Hence I have just had my 3rd photo ipl and have finally seen results ! But having said that, I really like this serum. I love all BS products and use this then the night serum and my skin looks bright and clear. It feels really good on my combination skin not oily or greasy at all and sinks in very quickly like all BS serums.Only time will tell how much it will fade any sun spots that I have left over from the ipl.

Not good
My skin is used to Vitamin C, my go to is Medik8 but I had a sample of this so tried it and my skin broke out within 24 hours. The texture of my skin was terrible, my skin barrier was ruined and took almost a week to repair. So grateful I didn’t waste my money on a full size.

A very good vitamin C serum
In addition to providing protection I have found that I have a more glowing skin which also appear more even in terms of complexion and firmer. Other reviews seem to mention an unpleasant smell but I have not noticed anything. For me that’s the best vitamin C serum I have bought so far and it exceeds my expectations.

Excellent serum
I’m so glad I tried this one. I have a hard time finding vitamin c serums or creams that don’t either break me out or make my skin red and dry but this one is perfection. At 5% (?) vitamin c it’s not too strong and leaves my skin glowing, not angry. Even better it has hyaluronic acid in it too so I can skip that serum and just use this to combine the two.

Not great
Received this in the 2022 Net a Porter advent calendar and normally I love a vitamin C serum but this was quite unpleasant to use. It has a very thin, wet consistency and takes a while to sink in (your skin needs to be completely dry before applying). It also has a really unpleasant smell, faintly reminiscent of onion. It works ok although I feel my skin is not super glowy and tingly after use like with other Vit C serums. Overall I’m not wowed by the results and the unpleasant application means I’m rushing to try to finish it so I can start another product. For this price - don’t bother.

Not great
For the price and product i wouldnt buy it again. I have been alot happier with the sunday riley. The only product that is nice from dr barbara is the glow drops and even then there are lots of other products to buy. I cant tell any difference and have worn it for 3 weeks so far and also the smell is a put off. I have sensitive dry skin with sometimes whiteheads and i will be going back to the sunday riley after this is finished

It literally. Does. Nothing... Except give me spots
As well as drying out my skin, making my skin look red and more crepey than usual. I had high expectations for this due to her prices, but after using only her products for a few months, I can honestly say it's the biggest waste of money ever.
