The Perfect Eye Cream
This eye cream presents as a little "no frills" in terms of packaging and fragrance etc but it is a very pleasant to use, effective eye cream. Moisturises well, sits nicely under makeup and, most importantly, does not irritate my eyes. A great product. Highly reccommend.
