This product means business - promoting skin renewal and boosting collagen production while reducing depth of wrinkles and improving signs of damage - and with continual use, it rejuvenates cells to reveal aber vibrant, revitalised skin. Like the rest of the Drunk Elephant range, Tiffany advises that A-Passioni Retinol Cream can be applied and mixed with any other Drunk Elephant products to make your own signature 'smoothie' (and buffer the strength if your face needs to build up its tolerance). Suggested cocktails are to mix 'A-Passioni' with {C-Firma} in the daytime (always followed up with a broad-spectrum SPF to shield from sunshine!), or to combine with {Lala Retro Whipped Cream} at night if your face is reactive or you've never used a retinol before. Proceed with caution if your skin is sensitive - do a patch test to assess your cells' tolerance, then use sparingly to begin with - building up the frequency over the course of several weeks.

Very effective retinol
This is a very effective retinol which is lovely to use. I find it a bit on the strong side so I use a less powerful retinol and apply A-Passioni specifically to areas which need more attention such as between the eyes, crowfeets and lines around the mouth. I've been using it for years now and it really does make a difference.

Didn’t see much of a difference
The product was gentle and didn’t cause any reactions, but I didn’t see much of a difference in my skin.

Does the job
Started with trying a mini size of this and got hooked. It really does what it’s meant to do. My skin I smoother, brighter and I have zero hormonal outbreaks as long as this is in my routine.

Not for me
While I don't doubt that it works for lots of people, it was not my case. It was very gentle and no irritation at all, but I did not see any results with its use. Texture is very nice, and it works well with other products but in terms of effectiveness I go for retinal or tretinoin now, much better.

Strong and affective
I bought the smaller size to try this out and was definitely impressed by how well this works. I must say this is the strongest feeling retinol treatment I’ve tried so I would definitely introduce this really slowly and avoid sensitive areas, but I do see noticeable results and leaves skin looking really smooth and radiant the next day. I use around twice a week at night and sometimes mix with a moisturizer to get a more gentle application. Will definitely repurchase

Harsh
I use retinoid creams on and off and this is not my favourite. It's irritating (which is to be expected) but unlike other retinoid creams it doesn't give me results. My skin can handle it, but it's not worth it.

The best retinol ever
My favourite retinol on the market! I love, love it! Gives me smooth clear soft skin. Do not cause the irritation at all.

Good bur strong
I've been using DE's retinol for 1-2yrs which has been on and off depending on my schedule. I really loved it at first but have found it very drying lately, even with a strong moisturising schedule. Autumn may to blame. However it is a product I continue to come back to.

Probably the strongest retinol product I know for me.
My skin (yes, as a man you are said to have thicker skin than women) can tolerate all sorts of products, whether chemical or enyzmatic peels. As time goes by, the first wrinkles get deeper, the skin has a more troubled appearance, pimple marks take longer to heal, I have ventured into retinol and while I tolerate a 'Medik8' product excellently and without side effects, this product is probably the most effective and potent I have ever had: Started using it once a week in the evening and after a short while the skin looked smoother, rejuvenated, calmer, so I had started using the product about every 4-5 days until one night I got the stupid idea to apply it two nights in a row: Result was like an extreme sunburn, nothing could calm the skin, which burned and began to peel. That was unpleasant 3-4 days, but then I probably had the most beautiful skin as not for many, many years. Even complexion, smaller looking pores and the skin felt soooooo soft. I now alternate between the Medik8 product and the drunken elephant every 3-4 days and that tolerates my skin now very well, the effect of the two products in combination is so good that I have now bought the small package for a friend so that she is also excited about it. Yes, expensive, but you really need and must use very, very little, so that a super price-performance ratio.
