This product means business - promoting skin renewal and boosting collagen production while reducing depth of wrinkles and improving signs of damage - and with continual use, it rejuvenates cells to reveal aber vibrant, revitalised skin. Like the rest of the Drunk Elephant range, Tiffany advises that A-Passioni Retinol Cream can be applied and mixed with any other Drunk Elephant products to make your own signature 'smoothie' (and buffer the strength if your face needs to build up its tolerance). Suggested cocktails are to mix 'A-Passioni' with {C-Firma} in the daytime (always followed up with a broad-spectrum SPF to shield from sunshine!), or to combine with {Lala Retro Whipped Cream} at night if your face is reactive or you've never used a retinol before. Proceed with caution if your skin is sensitive - do a patch test to assess your cells' tolerance, then use sparingly to begin with - building up the frequency over the course of several weeks.

Can sensitise skin
If I use a bit too much or if my skin isn’t feeling its best that day, this retinol can make my skin red the next morning. It’s a good product, better than shani Darden’s retinol and I will continue using this

Great efficacy and value in small size
I am very sensitive to the sun so only use retinol half the year - the small size of this was perfect for my 3 x weekly use for a couple of months, really effective product so you don't need a lot, wouldn't suggest this as a beginner retinol but it's not harsh by any means. Would absolutely repurchase again, especially as I love having the smaller size to reduce waste

Great retinol
I usually use 0.1% micro-a tretinoin which is way more harsh on my skin than this retinol. So when i wanna take a gentle break for my skin, I use this retinol. Even thought his is more gentle, I use the Drunk Elephant F-Balm Waterfacial afterwards in the evening.

Okay product
I was using the Sunday Riley retinol but after it finished I bought this one to try. I have not seen a glow or anything major on my face. It does make my face soft the day after I use it but doesn’t do anything major. I might buy a stronger retinol to try. FYI: it does sting a little straight after you apply it but it does not burn or hurt. It’s more of like a tingling sensation.

My top 3 retinols
One of my favourite retinol serums (together with PCh and Shani Darden), I tend to rotate between these 3 and they all work great for my skin, no reaction, no peeling and visible results

Strong
This project definitely works! But because of what it is you need to be careful what you put on after you remove it

Lovely retinol
I haven’t bought this retinol since the packaging changed (not for any reason) I just am trying another one first. This retinol is nice on the skin, at a good strength to start with and as always DE products don’t disappoint!

DE
Love DE products. This is one of my favourite retinol but I much prefer it in a tube to this packaging. I mix up skincare, I tend to use a product for a few months and swap for another. I'll always come back to this. Buttery texture, no issues with strength of retinol although I'm a regular user and this leaves my skin incredibly soft and glowy the morning after
