Softest under eye ever
This balm is incredible. I received a sample size of this in a lot I bought. I’ve now used it twice daily for a fortnight and can see huge improvements already. Puffiness is definitely improved and my under eye feels really silky and soft.

Very good
I love almost all DE products I've tried, so therefore this was a little underwhelming. For such a hefty price tag, I just expected more. It's a good eye cream and I enjoy using it, but it hasn't done any wonders for my eye area, so I probably wouldn't buy it again because of how expensive it is.

Burns my under eyes
I’m a Drunk Elephant fanatic, but this is a poor product. I used this for the first time this morning and it made me look so awake. It melted away my fine lines and was so moisturising. I used it again now and it burns so much! My under eyes are so sore. Won’t be repurchasing.

Thick & Moisturising
It’s thick! I like this about it, there’s something reassuring about a solid eye cream applied before bed. I alternate with a retinol eye cream that I use a couple of times a week and I use the ‘matching’ face cream too. I do wake up with calm, moisturised eye area after using and I think it’s been helpful during winter with heating on and cold winds my eye area tends to feel a bit tight and delicate. The down side is that it does make my eyes run a bit, I’ve tried using less and that does help though.

I was a bit scared when I read "balm" because I'm very prone to milia so I avoid heavier formulas but this is not as thick as I thought it would be, it's more of a lightweight and velvety cream that melts into the skin and absorbs quickly. I agree with other reviews and half a pump is more than enough for me, I love the ceramide, omega, and lipid-rich formula, perfect for when I'm not using a potent active to replenish hydration and soothe the skin barrier.
